Ornata Limited Warranty

We provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all of our products, as specified below.

Lifetime
Ornata frame sets are under warranty for the lifetime of the original owner.

Subsequent Ownership
Subsequent owners (second or later) are entitled to a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase from the retailer on the Ornata frame and Ornata fork. This does not include wheels, Proof of original purchase is required.

This Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Corrosion
Improper maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labour charges for part replacement or changeover
Non-proprietary products (any other original part or component) covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the original date of purchase. Ornata bikes are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by local laws. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
